Led Microsoft business across three Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) to recover from the effects of economic crisis. Situation required rethinking internal organization structure and capabilities to introduce resource sharing across Baltic subsidiaries as well as new customer and partner engagement model. Orchestrated Baltic transformation to respond to new market situation while making sure organization remains agile and capable to land innovations such as cloud computing. Microsoft subsidiaries in the CEE multicountry region later adopted Baltic organizational setup and practices as a model for the region.
Baltics was nominated among top three best performing emerging medium cluster entities worldwide for three consecutive years.
