David Bar Akiva

David Bar Akiva is the Managing Director of D. Bar Akiva Consulting Eng. Ltd. which he founded in 1979. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, the Technical Institute of Israel. David is the Treasurer of the SEEEI.
